I returned three weeks later with my computer because my keyboard lights were no longer working. Your sales assistant calmly and patiently looked at it and, within 15 minutes, downloaded Accout, explained why the problem had occurred, and restored the keyboard lights to perfect working order. I left feeling very satisfied.
This is the second PC I've bought from you. The first was in Vaise Lyon 9ème, because I was living in Lyon at the time.
In Vaise, as here in Bourgoin, you have good sales assistants in the IT department.

My only significant criticism is the keyboard!
It's an AZERTY keyboard, but not a standard one in terms of the position of certain keys.
I don't think it's an "extended" AZERTY keyboard. This is very annoying when you know how to type without looking at your fingers or the keys.
This is probably the only thing that could make me regret my purchase.
