Excellent laptop that perfectly fulfills its original purpose. I recommend this product, which is available at a reasonable price.
Very good laptop. Very light and quick to start up.
The colors are nice and the feel of the keys is pleasant.
After being given excellent advice regarding my use
I really recommend this laptop
Small and easy to carry, powerful enough for office use or even more
Thank you LDLC
I took the liberty of giving it the highest rating because everything is OK on my new Asus. The old one, which was 15 years old, had given me complete satisfaction, but with the new software, it was struggling.
Very satisfied with the product. It was prepared and tested by LDLC with great professionalism
I do not regret this purchase at all
Hello, one month after purchasing my PC, I am very satisfied with using it. At the time of my purchase, I would like to thank the sales team for their great professionalism, their welcome and their listening. I will recommend LDLC to those around me. Thank you to the whole team.
This product was offered to me as a replacement for damaged equipment, as an equivalent.
When using it, it turns out that this laptop meets my expectations.
It causes no problems after configuration by the seller LDLC.
Welcome, listening, friendliness, good advice, professionalism, reassured me in my choice to buy in this store. The manager is top-notch. Thank you.
Purchase of a PC, old suite under Windows 10 for 8 years, new one matching my expectations, large RAM, 1 To hard drive, lighter weight and a 3-year LDLC warranty.
The salespeople’s advice
A purchase without pressure to take other “options”
Free choice
Follow-up with annual visits (even if paid): the guarantee of the equipment’s longevity
Product meets my expectations: lightness, screen size, fast start-up. First setup and getting started easy.
Well advised, purchase that meets my needs, support for commissioning, recovery of the components from my old pc, this product is fast under linux mint,
Lightweight and speed
ok ok ok ok
computer corresponding to our needs: word processing excel messaging
It works very well, the battery runs out a little quickly, otherwise very satisfied overall with the product
Asus as always impeccable
very functional, very practical, robust, incredible screen
nothing to complain about
Very good product for office work and for browsing the internet. The battery holds its charge well
It's a good value for money product. I use it for the home, not for professional use. It is easy to use. I'm very satisfied with it and recommend this product.
the product is certainly very reliable and sophisticated, however I didn't think there would be changes in handling ..I was expecting the touchscreen (but I hadn't specified it) and so a few issues reinstalling the peripherals
Sleek design with good power for office work and even more. With the Pack Office, it is a very good lightweight laptop.
5-year warranty!
Quality PC with a screen sufficient for mainly office work with connection to web applications (SAAS).
I am particularly satisfied with the attention and advice given by the salesperson, who perfectly understood my needs and guided me toward the right product
Impossible to connect 2 external screens.
Warning, the USB C port does not have a display port.
Very disappointed compared to the computer that was 6 years old and allowed it
For office work and reading, music and video, it is an excellent product, I am happy with this ASUS brand
Very well advised, friendly and competent staff.
We recommend this store without any problem.
The product works well
Thank you
order speed LDLC, product quality ASUS with numeric keypad and screen quality, configuration with lots of ads! :-)
This computer offers good value for money, I mainly use it for office work. But it has a good storage capacity, which is an advantage. I am delighted with it.
Replacing my old Asus that was almost 15 years old! Lighter, faster, perfect for my basic needs. Plus, it has a numeric keypad. LDLC prepared the computer according to my specifications and answered all my questions.
No complaints, I recommend them.
A bit disappointed with the battery performance, it discharges a bit too quickly, but apart from that, it's very pleasant to use.
Product received on time (delivery time respected) and in perfect condition (as expected).
I am happy with my purchase. This laptop meets my needs for office use, internet browsing, and viewing photos/videos/streaming. It is sufficiently equipped (i5 processor, 512 GB SSD, 16 GB RAM) to last several years before becoming obsolete. It is fairly light and well-made. The screen is comfortable to use.
The speed and professionalism of the LDLC technicians who advise you and do not try to push you into making a purchase. You remain in control of your purchasing decisions.
I was looking for a laptop for everyday use (personal/professional) with a good price/quality/service ratio.
This PC meets my expectations: quiet, smooth, lightweight.
I would like to thank the team in Annecy-Epagny (74) and in particular Logan and Alexis for their expert advice and professionalism.
Lightweight computer, very good, but the battery barely lasts.
Only 3 hours, which is a bit short for a secondary school student.
Very good advice when purchasing. Perfect start-up by your services. I am satisfied. I will recommend LDlC to my friends.
I have been testing my new computer (the first one I have ever owned) for a few months now, and I am very satisfied with it. So far, I have been able to do everything I want to do.
I would like some personalised advice (based on my actual usage) on antivirus software.
No OS = £100 less, easy installation of Fedora with KDE in automatic mode
Positive = price, performance, webcam cover if you're paranoid
Neutral = battery life: neither good nor bad, but not extraordinary
Negative = easily shows fingerprints with the light grey colour; the fan is quite audible if you don't use energy-saving mode; small enter key, but you can remap the key with keyd on Linux.
Very warm welcome, attentive listening to needs in order to then offer the right tools, without ever pushing for a purchase.
Hello, My son told me that he had a minor bug and that the PC restarted, hence this review.
Very good computer, high performance, impeccable screen quality. Ideal for work. Price level: acceptable.
This computer offered by your retailer perfectly meets my needs for office automation, photo editing software, and cutting machine software.
This product meets my expectations. The advisor was perfect without being overbearing. Attentive and precise in his questions and answers. Thank you again.
It's a good, unpretentious laptop that's suitable for office work and a few undemanding games, all for a relatively reasonable price (especially at the moment!). I recommend it.
Very fast compared to my old computer.
Practical, compact.
Charges quickly and the battery lasts for several days.
Value for money: nothing to say. Very good for office use.
Only criticism: the PC case shows fingerprints - but that's a minor aesthetic issue.
Great equipment, very effective and simple.
Responsive, powerful with very good battery life.
Thank you for the advice.
Lightweight and pleasant. I changed because my old one was a bit fragile (especially the hinges) and this one doesn't give that impression at all: it seems solid despite its thinness.
No problems when using it, it does what you ask of it! Works perfectly with Linux!
I think it's good value for money!
Order arrived quickly. Product met my expectations with no issues getting it up and running. Thank you to the entire team.
Exactly what I wanted. Easy to use.
Thank you for your helpful advice.
Fast delivery after ordering: 24 hours.
Easy to set up.
Very good product.
We replaced our old laptop (Windows 10, which could not be upgraded to Windows 11). Two years ago, we replaced its hard drive and it worked very well.
The new computer—brand new—running Windows 11 is much slower and sometimes seems to "run out of steam" when performing the same tasks.
On the other hand, it is thinner and lighter, which is an advantage.
