We replaced our old laptop (Windows 10, which could not be upgraded to Windows 11). Two years ago, we replaced its hard drive and it worked very well.
The new computer—brand new—running Windows 11 is much slower and sometimes seems to "run out of steam" when performing the same tasks.
On the other hand, it is thinner and lighter, which is an advantage.

Bought in-store with a great salesperson, this fairly slim laptop is perfect for office use. The small charger is the size of a phone charger, which is funny, but it charges quickly and the battery lasts quite well. It starts up quickly. At first, there were a lot of updates, which is normal. Nothing to say, perfect product.
Purchased for standard use (internet, office). The PC seems robust and runs smoothly for these tasks. Many thanks to the salesperson who recommended this model rather than more expensive ranges that were unnecessary for my needs. The product is exactly what I wanted, it's perfect.
The screen is large enough, the keys are pleasant to use, and I like having a numeric keypad.

10/10 for this smooth, consistent laptop that is very pleasant to use. Windows 11 runs perfectly on it, which is evident in both its overall responsiveness and graphics performance. It remains quiet during normal use. The screen is well calibrated and the sound is decent, even if the chassis shows fingerprints easily. I recommend this purchase.

I bought it to install Debian on it, and everything works perfectly. I was just surprised by the keyboard layout (the Enter key is horizontal rather than vertical on the right-hand side, and it took me a few weeks to get used to it).
