I am very happy with the watch, although the previous one broke (the case opened) after four years and cannot be repaired, but I would have liked to have had more choice of straps in the shop.
This watch, which has been widely publicised by Apple, is exactly what I imagined it would be, and I have even discovered features/applications that I didn't notice when I quickly glanced at the advert.
I would like to give a special mention to the LDLC store in Grenoble, which allowed me to exchange the watch when I realised, shortly after my purchase and before opening the packaging, that the titanium version was better suited to my needs than the aluminium version I had initially chosen.
Always excellent customer service and high-quality technical support. A very good team.
I recommend this shop for its products.
Overall, our experience at LDLC Apple in Besançon was satisfactory. The young man who welcomed us was helpful and very polite. As for the watch, there's nothing to report, it's just as it should be.
PS: Perhaps installing a loyalty scheme could attract even more customers.

The watch meets my expectations perfectly, and is very easy to set up (with an iPhone updated to the latest version).
