My new PC replaces the one I bought in 2011, which was starting to fail. This one is much faster; I don't need to turn it on 10 minutes before I can use it.
It's easy to use; you just have to change your habits.
The keyboard is more responsive,
and incidentally, the device is more aesthetically pleasing.

Highly skilled technicians; they are not salespeople like in many shops.
Not having any knowledge of PCs, and little knowledge of current, available, free apps, I would have liked more information for more discussion and understanding. It's a shame, considering the price!

Asus Vivobook 17 X1704VA-AU808W PC, a high-performance laptop that is very pleasant to use and meets all my expectations.
Day and night with my old PC, speed, ease of use. One criticism: no more LEDs to indicate whether we are in uppercase or numeric keypad mode, so we have to type to confirm. As for the shop and the staff, no complaints: very good!
I am very satisfied with my purchase. I received excellent advice from the Ldlc team. The 17-inch screen is a real plus in terms of everyday visual comfort.

I have been a LDLC customer for some time and I am always satisfied with the welcome and the products.
I bought a laptop to replace my old one, which was not compatible with Windows 11. Not being a computer expert at all, I asked the technicians to transfer all the information from the old computer to the new one. When I got my computer back, everything was perfectly done and working.
What's more, the team was very competent and friendly (including the person they advised who came to my home to finalise my request).
I have advised other senior citizens (like myself) to go to LDLC without the slightest apprehension, telling them that they will take care of all their installation and commissioning worries without any problem.
I use it every day without any difficulty. I appreciated the kindness and professionalism of the sales staff, especially when it came to buying accessories such as the key and mouse.
As a replacement for my old Asus PC, this Vivobook 17 is proving to be an excellent device, with good battery life.
Very nice PC, functional and easy to use, quiet and pleasant keyboard. I had a problem with the carrier (Chronopost) who delivered my PC to a different site because the driver was late on his round! LDLC were there for me, available and commercial (immediate reimbursement of delivery costs). I recommend LDLC.
