I was well advised and dealt with two sales staff at the LDLC shop in Blois! I needed a large screen with a dictation function and the ability to check live that voice/written transcription was easy, without Wi-Fi, and that's exactly what I was offered (impossible on the Internet). So I'd like to thank my advisers, because my mother is delighted and no longer feels isolated when talking to people. And the shell is essential for a 90-year-old!
