Fast start-up. Responsive. Good screen quality. Appreciable 180° opening. Comfortable to type on. Battery lasts very well.
Heats up quickly and randomly, even when not in use (and sometimes on standby). Quite powerful keyboard backlighting (I always set it to the lowest setting). Branded external flap.
However, I'm very satisfied with my purchase, and the delivery was spot on!
Very good laptop, very good battery. I use the "smart charging" mode, which extends the life of the battery. So basically my battery is always between 20% and 80% charged and that's enough to keep me going for at least 5 hours while programming. I recommend using Edge rather than Chrome, which uses less power.
The computer lived up to my expectations, was very easy to transport (low weight and volume), turned on in a few seconds, and easily performed the usual web browsing and word processing tasks. It also handles photo retouching and video editing well (I'm not a professional). I can't recommend it highly enough!

I bought this PC about a month ago and took it to class. Thanks to its small size, it slipped easily into my bag. I had some concerns about the ability of a small PC to perform various activities, but its Ryzen 5 allows my coding and video editing software to run smoothly without any bugs. Its numeric keypad is very responsive, and even when it's activated, you can still use it as a trackpad with ease.
I'd highly recommend this PC to anyone looking for computing power in a compact format, with thin edges on the screen.

The numeric keypad is very practical, the charging is fast and the battery life is very good. The PC is fast and efficient in every respect, and perfectly suited to my needs. However, it only has one USB port, so you'll need a hub. As for delivery and LDLC customer service, no problem, it's always top notch!
Fast, efficient computer for home and office use. The numeric touchpad has been improved over its predecessor.
However, I deplore the fact that there is only one USB port. The previous model had two, which is a minimum.
Very nice product. Extremely quick to start up, with fingerprint recognition.
The numeric keypad on the pad is super handy.
One small downside: the chassis is very sensitive to fingerprints.

I was looking for a lightweight, standalone, robust computer with a numeric keypad for my son, who has to use it every day at school to take his lessons.
Until now, he'd had a 15" because of the integrated numeric keypad (so that he didn't have to do too many connections or manipulations for each lesson on recommendation). It was too heavy (plus the charger) and took up too much space in his schoolbag.
The numeric keypad included in the touch pad works really well and my son adopted it very quickly!
We've saved around 2kg in weight (computer + charger)! In his schoolbag every day, it's a real plus.
The battery life means he can use it all day for office work.
