I don't have much to say about the product, it works without a hitch, there are no faults to report at the moment and I'm delighted with the capabilities it can give me. I'm working on photo realism and it's the first time I've been able to work so efficiently, the graphics card is fine, thanks again.
Good machine overall, components as described, but the case fans are extremely noisy even when the machine is not in use, so much so that we're thinking of having them replaced with new, quieter ones.
The motherboard is missing a slot for a wifi card. So you've supplied a wifi USB key. It's a shame not to have the wifi card built into the chassis for a PC of this price.
Very good first PC, being a novice I put it together on my own with the help of a friend. It works perfectly and makes a decent noise.
I really like the graphics card. I pleased my nephew by recommending this item. He broke his piggy bank but was not disappointed.
Bought assembled but without OS, 2 hours after receiving it, my daughter was working. Really top notch. Perhaps a little noisy in terms of ventilation, there is certainly room for improvement in this area.
Received perfectly packaged and on time. The configuration is very good, especially for the price, and the inside of the case gives you a lot of freedom.
The only problem is that the fans are 3 PIN and the 4 PIN motherboard does not take the RC into account (cannot be set from the BIOS). So the fan runs at 100% 24 hours a day. The only response when I called support was "we designed it that way, no solution". Not 'serious' in itself, the computer runs perfectly, just a shame in 2024 to have a noisy computer for compatibility reasons.
The PC arrived in about a week. No defects on the packaging/products.
Fairly easy to assemble, although assembly instructions would be appreciated.

It's the first time I've had a computer this fast. Perfect for action games. Impeccable packaging.
The motherboard supplied is pci-e 3.0 whereas the graphics card is optimised for pci-e 4.0, this B450 motherboard has no built-in wifi and requires the WiFi key supplied; however, for the same price as the B450 motherboard and the wifi adapter, you can find the B550 PRO-VDH Wifi motherboard. This choice is therefore questionable, and even if I recommend the rest, I'd advise you not to buy this configuration with this motherboard.

Everything runs perfectly for the occasional gamer.
As far as the hardware is concerned, everything is perfect and works well, it's powerful enough to play the latest games, but, and there is a but, the fans are noisy. You have to be careful where you place the tower for easy access to the on/off button - I would have preferred the on/off and USB sockets to have been placed on the horizontal front panel and not on the sloping surface above, and this is a tower that I would recommend.

All the components are compatible with each other, and it's easy to install, even for absolute beginners. I'd recommend a short video or paper guide for beginners.
The only downside is that the ventirad is a bit mediocre, so I'll be looking to upgrade at a later date.
