Received quickly and works very well, I often notice the lack of numeric keypad but it seems to be a habit with all brands of laptop and all ranges that the presence of numeric keypad changes from year to year.
Good value for money!! perfect for ergonomic work not yet tested on games but I think I'll be satisfied

I bought it because I wanted an inexpensive MSI laptop capable of running some good games like NBA2K, FIFA, NFS, Assassin's Creed and many others without thinking too much about the configuration, so it's not bad at all for the price the 3050 runs pretty well obviously it's an entry-level card I do not expect 3080 performance either. As for the processor, well, a Core i7 would have filled my heart, but given the price, the Core i5 isn't bad at all.
This PC is a good compromise and I stress the word compromise (like the lack of webcam) otherwise there are better and more expensive. The low autonomy is just related to the fact that it is a PC gamer but you can largely appreciate it given its capabilities.

A fairly weak battery though.
And it heats up quite a lot when you use it for games. So it's better suited to activities such as web browsing and photo editing, rather than gaming.
Very disappointed by this product in use.
Even its general appearance is low-cost ... a pale copy of a gamer PC, unworthy of the MSI brand. The plastic casing almost looks like a fake children's toy.
In fact, as soon as you push the graphics configuration of this PC just a little by using a programme that's a bit greedy (even a game that runs on a 2017 PC) that calls on the GeForceRTX card, the PC can't take it any more and heats up very quickly to the point where the space between the F1-etc keys and the screen becomes so hot that you can't leave your fingers in there!
What's more, last Friday I had to do my 1st teleworking videoconference with this new PC and, oh surprise, the webcam wasn't there! how can I look like a c** in front of all these customers ... thank you LDLC for this faulty purchase I'm particularly angry. Indeed zoom tells me "impossible the camera is not accessible" and in the windows settings "camera" when we click on "search cameras" it tells us "no camera found".
The specification sheet clearly states "Integrated 720p HD webcam" (not to mention the product name). I don't know about you, but for me "integrated" means installed and working.
I'm waiting with trepidation for the next surprise / failure ... and I dare to hope for a solution from you (LDLC team) to this problem.
A good product overall, offering good value for money.
The only downside is that the battery barely lasts a few hours.
Mainly for office use, with very comfortable performance.
Nice screen, upgradeable machine (RAM, SSD).
Perfectly suited to our needs
My choice for photo work: LT; PS; PL latest versions, requiring at least 6GB of graphics memory on at least an RTX card plus at least 8GB ram. This model fits the bill perfectly. I received it with Win10 installed, so I had to spend a lot of time removing all the useless and annoying Windows applications. After 1 week, nothing to say, very happy with this purchase and its delivery well packaged by LDLC.
