Good gear!
I3 for speed, Linux mint for lightness and the "free" spirit, it's my first computer where I don't have to format to reinstall or risk making a few mistakes... as a result, a computer with rather nice value for money.
Thanks to LDLC!

Thanks to LDLC!
I'm very pleased with my purchase, the packaging was neat, delivery was very fast, the PC is very easy to install, it's fast and works very well overall. I only have the occasional problem with the on/off button.
Mint takes a bit of getting used to, but you'll soon get the hang of it.
First order and experience with LDLC. Delivery on time, material correctly packed. Corresponds exactly to the product description. Start-up was trouble-free and met my expectations perfectly. Reliability to see in use. I recommend it for now.
Received on time. Superbly packaged computer. Excellent value for money! Very nice finish with an impression of absolute solidity. Very fast computer with Linux Mint 21. Impeccable screen quality, finish and keyboard. Easy to dismantle to fit an additional M2 Sata hard drive. The inside of the computer is very well assembled (compared to some brand-name computers) and all the components are easily accessible. The only downside is the quality of the speakers. A purchase to recommend without hesitation!
Positive points: Order received very quickly, completely compliant and correctly packaged.
On the product: beautiful object, very quick start-up. I'm very happy to have switched to Linux Mint. Adapted to this new OS without a hitch, ergonomic. The matt IPS panel is comfortable to use.
Two slightly more negative points: the transformer for the mains connection is huge, and makes transporting the 'laptop' much less easy. And the cable is very short, so you also have to carry an extension lead!
The USB ports are very 'tight', so you have to strain to insert a cable or a key, and even more to unplug it. I'm afraid it won't last very long.
I was able to track the order day by day. The parcel was well packaged, but I had to look for the instructions for use which were pouen evidence on the box. Too much haste perhaps.
Does basic tasks very well, internet, office automation but also retouching, photo conversion, RawTherapee is top!
No video games.
It's Linux, so for the uninitiated, you'll need to adapt, but the office software, such as Open Office, is very similar to the Windows suites and is also very advanced.
PC up and running in less than 20 seconds, thanks to the SSD!
Fortunately, I kept my old PC, the hinges of which had already given up the ghost with Mint, for this use alone.
The quality and appearance of the plastics are a bit cheap.
In short, for the price, this PC is almost unbeatable, for anyone willing to take a leap into the Linux world.
In short, it doesn't look like much but it does the job very well!
NB: I'm well into my fifties, and switched to Linux after 2 PCs crashed during Windows upgrades. I've had no knowledge of computers for about ten years, Ubuntu then Mint.
Unquestionable value for money.
This is the second time I've put my trust in LDLC and I'm 100% satisfied!
I received this computer a week ago. It's excellent value for money. The computer is perfectly suited to its intended use! I would have preferred a 14-inch format, which would have been more practical for studying, but perhaps that's asking too much...
Bought in the shop in Saint-Martin d'Hères, not disappointed at all! I'll add a fifth star for the service and availability in the shop. :)
I bought the computer without an OS and installed a Win11 Home edition without too many problems.
Be careful though, Win doesn't natively support the touchpad, so you'll have to go through the installation stages using the keyboard or plugging in a USB mouse.
And remember to press Delete when booting the PC to access the BIOS (I wasted a bit of time trying all the keys between F2 and F12 ^^).
Once the OS is installed, you can fill in the missing drivers, bearing in mind that it's basically an Intel chipset and using the hardware coding for the components, via the device manager or the Intel Drivers wizard. This takes a little longer than under Linux, of course, but the PC itself remains Windows 10-11 compatible.
I'm really pleased with this laptop, it's great for everyday work, office, internet etc....
Linux Mint and the I3 make this machine pleasant to use, very good autonomy (several hours in normal use).
I recommend this pleasant and fast PC.
Product conforms to demand... The services: delivery and after-sales assistance (welcome, quality of service and reactivity) are impeccable.
I bought this computer because I've been using Linux for a few years and wanted to stay there, my old HP having given up the ghost.
Thanks to the advice of the EAI association and especially of its "king" in computing C.Chanel, very competent, knowledgeable and helpful, writing very good newsletters in this EAI association, I bought this PC.
I am not disappointed at all
fast, functional..good service....
Received in 24 hours. Couldn't be better! Unpretentious little machine that works perfectly. I only replaced, for personal taste, the pre-installed Linux Mint with a Cinamon desktop by a Linux Debian 11 Bullseye with a gnome desktop, and I took the opportunity to create two partitions, / and /home. The screen is excellent, the keyboard is a little bit bad because the letters are not very visible when there are reflections, but it's not a problem. This machine is for me a secondary machine, dedicated to office automation, internet browsing and email. Perfect for this purpose.
For simple use (office, internet, development) and on the move, it does the trick.
The very appreciable plus, which was in my criteria of choice, is the charge via the USB C port which allows to use a universal charger, to wonder the interest of the native charger.
The price/performance ratio seems to me to be very good for the moment, I recommend this machine under Mint, I think that the performances under Windows are likely to drop.
Fast, good screen quality, nice keyboard, maybe lacks a bit of autonomy. The objective of this PC is to get...
I bought it on 8/11 and took some time before giving an opinion. The device is fast (-15s to open the session, connection time included) the screen is good quality and the speed of the SSD is remarkable. I added a 256GB memory card and set the system to read/writ personal files on the SD card. The performance is good and the keyboard quality is good. I've been using it for a while now and it's a great piece of equipment. I highly recommend
This PC is fast, light, the keyboard is good, flexible. The screen is excellent and you can watch it from different angles, the field remains homogeneous, you can keep it with several people. The intensity of the lighting is well adjustable. The battery lasts 3 hours or more, up to 5 hours perhaps.
A regret, it is not possible to switch off the screen. But the tempo does it, in offset, of course.
For delivery, the announcement of delivery before 10am is illusory. The delivery man noted 9.20 am on his tablets, whereas he passed by at 11.30 am. Too bad for him and for his bonus, because I called as soon as I received the information by email. It was impossible for him to come to my house before.
LDLC reimbursed me for the shipping costs.
Excellent sales service! Thank you!!!
I recommend.
