Seat keeps going down, the backrest doesn't sit properly. Very deeply disappointed with this seat. Will be replaced very quickly. By another brand.
The foam in the lumbar and cervical supports is far too hard, which causes me unbearable pain after a few months of use. In addition, the bucket seat is too narrow (although I am not a mountain, I am only 1m67) and my shoulders hurt.
The reception is fast.
It takes less than 10 minutes to set up.
Then you can sit comfortably for many hours with no back pain.

The chair arrived on time, it is really amazing for the price, nothing to complain about. It arrived with everything you need to assemble it (instructions, allen key, and fabric straps). I'm very happy with the product.

The seat is top notch in terms of comfort and adjustment options. I would take one point off the head/neck cushion which is a little too small for my taste, and another point for a foot that came with a slightly damaged cover.
This is my first purchase of a gaming chair, having just been on classic office chairs before.

Solidity of the chair to be checked in the long term
At first, nothing to say, but I quickly had problems with the quality of the product. I am a heavy person (~120kg) so I had taken care to choose a suitable model. After barely 1 year, the seat foam tore under the fabric putting the metal support in direct contact with my thigh. Not extremely annoying, I didn't use the guarantee.
But now, 6 months later, it's the armrest that just broke under my hand....
I hope to get my money back...

To conclude I think it's a good seat and you don't feel any pain after long gaming sessions, however I think you can find seats of the same quality and a few euro less...
The product was well delivered by LDLC.
The product is well finished and the assembly is easy.
The problem comes from the product. After unpacking the seat has a strong smell of solvent. I can't leave the seat in my son's room.
I will contact the manufacturer to find out if there is any danger of inhaling this smell.
Good product and meets my expectations. Easy to assemble, comfortable, quality fabric and adjustable armrests.
I'll see in the future if it lives up to its promise of being sturdy enough for heavier people.
