Very nice case
A very practical case, with enough space (if you have the means and time) to take care of the placement and storage of cables. The construction seems robust and neat.
I use it with the following configuration:
- CPU: Ryzen 5 5600 (non-X)
- Graphics card: Nvidia RTX A5000
- Motherboard: MSI B550M PRO-VDH WIFI (note: with this case and motherboard, the sata plugs and the USB ports on the front panel are difficult to plug in because there is very little space to put them in).
- Watercooling AIO: Cooler Master Seidon 120V
I bought it above all for its sobriety (nothing to say about that), and its silence. On this last point, it will be necessary to adjust the speed of the two fans supplied with it to obtain a good balance between noise and cooling efficiency, since they can be heard at full speed. Overall, the most shrill/high-pitched sounds seem to be well attenuated by the case, and only a hissing noise emanating from the various fans remains, potentially a low-pitched sound if you have an HDD. Under load, the noise is a bit more present, but this is a bit unavoidable in my opinion.
Note that the 3.5" drive cage didn't do anything for the noise generated by one of my HDDs (constant noise from the drive motor itself, not from the scratching of the drive head).
Contrary to other comments, I haven't noticed any abnormal heating of the HDD (< 25°C in a 18°C room) located in the bay, despite the lack of airflow there if you don't put a fan in (which is my case). I guess it depends on the model of mechanical hard drives. The same goes for the ignition button, which never jammed in my case.
Note: it would be useful to know in advance the size of the packaging of the said case, which, with the polystyrene padding, forms a rather imposing whole, especially for transport on foot.
