I bought this cable to replace the one on my external hard drive (which worked for years). With the new cable, despite my best efforts, even when testing it on a new hard drive: it only disconnects. I will be returning the product as even my old, worn out cable works better.
My external hard drive keeps disconnecting from my computer when connected with this cable.

I bought this cable to replace the one for an external hard drive. The product supplied by LDLC gives me full satisfaction. Its obvious sturdiness seems to me a guarantee of durability, and its length is very practical.
Once plugged in, the external hard drive was immediately recognized; power and data transfer are perfectly managed.
As my Samsung Galaxy Note 3 has a micro-USB 3.0 connection and I wanted to have a faster transfer speed for copying files between my smartphone and my pc, I bought this cable. It does the job perfectly and seems to be of pretty good quality.
I bought it for my dde because my old cable gave up the ghost, and sincerely I have a preference for this one for its length, and well for its price it is still quite resistant, it still hasn't given up on me after a few months of use.

It does the job and it certainly does it well.
It was the cheapest but it is solid if a bit long.

It's a USB cable, very simple and efficient. But isn't it a bit expensive?
Without being cheap, a 1 meter USB cable should not even cost 5€. So I'm taking one star off because of the price.

I use this cable with an external hard drive (the original one failed).
The write speed is still good.
The 1m length is very convenient.
The only drawback is that the metal part of the connectors is a bit too long. The cable doesn't fit the drive or the port of my PC well enough.
