I'm very happy with this product. I can't recommend the product though, very average. I don't understand why some functions are only accessible via the mobile application (Activation of night vision, pre-setting of positions...) and others only via the application on the PC (planning of the alarm function). The camera crashes regularly, it must be restarted. The mobile application does not deactivate the screen saver (very unpleasant).

Very good product I recommend. Wired, or wifi, easy and fast connection.
I have 7 vision cam cloud V2.4 cameras that work almost perfectly. I bought 4 of them once and then a second time 3 for which I exchanged with Heden's after-sales service by sending them copies of the settings pages.
The problem is that they do not communicate via WIFI. The first answers were: "Is your camera connected!
For the last three, same problem, none of them communicate in WIFI.
The answer from the SAV is to redo the whole installation.
Result unchanged and we have the impression of being taken for totally incompetent idiots.
Another systematic problem, the setting of the sensitivity of the alarm (from 1 to 10) is totally inoperative, to the point that I have at times recordings every minute and this for hours!
The product is fairly easy to install, with a well illustrated "step by step" instruction manual.
The camera produces good images, even at night.
The responsiveness of the app is good, and controlling the camera from a smartphone works well.
The weak point is the lack of a manual for the advanced functions, which are unusable for the normal user. Example: if I activate the motion detection alarm command, I receive an email every 20 minutes with photos, with no one in my home! So I had to deactivate it.
The camera worked for 2 days, received Friday afternoon, installed and set up, everything was working well until Sunday, impossible to get an image, both in wifi and wired, although I still have the possibility to control the motorization... I tried to set it up again, to do a reset and then set it up again from 0, nothing happened...
I'm taking it back to the shop tomorrow for an exchange or a refund.
I am very pleased with the quality of the product.
The product HEDEN VISIONCAM CLOUD V2.4 is of very good quality, easy to connect and configure in a few minutes. I'm very pleased with the quality of the image, even though it's not HD.
This is the first time I've used this kind of camera, so it's hard to compare but my impressions are good.
It is solid, looks good, very quiet.
The installation only took me about 20 minutes
The image is quite correct and the IR vision is quite amazing, the brightness is incredible!
The consultation via Androïd thanks to the application Heden cloud (very simple configuration) is of an ease!
Absolutely not disappointed by this product.
Great product but impossible to get a picture... Everything works (remote control, sound, lighting ...), except the picture! I will return this product as soon as possible!
So, it's a bad experience for me, so I don't recommend it...
