The reader works well with my SD cards, but the cable is only 5cm long, which is far too short for my tower!

I would have preferred a longer and more flexible integrated USB cable to be able to put the case on top of the computer (I have a tower). It's a good idea to use it with a laptop.

Replaces a Transcend that had problems with disconnections, it doesn't have the same problems and I gain a lot in compactness thanks to its very short cable and that can be stored well to travel easily in a bag.
It does the job, perfect product for the price, nothing to complain about, for transferring photos from my SLR it goes very well, and with all this multitude of ports to accommodate all sorts of cards. For me it's 5 stars.

But as for the product: a bent pin, compact flash unusable, SD slot works. I'm not sure if I'll be able to use it again, but I'm not sure I'll be able to. I am replacing with another brand.

the cable can be stored using USB 3.0 so it's fast and compact as well as having a neat and tidy design which is practical for filling and emptying sd cards quickly rather than going through the phone or drone or rpi when you want to test different bones

Looking for a portable SD/microSD card reader, I was half satisfied.
+ SD, SDHC and SDXC cards were read successfully
- Could not insert the microSD card properly. I had to use a microsd->SD adapter, BAD!
+ Works without problems, without additional installation and immediately (after correctly activating the USB3.0 ports) under Windows 7, Windows 10 and Linux (Unbuntu 16.04).
