I bought this USB 3 Hub for my setup of a sit-stand desk with a tower that stays on the floor. I am very happy with it because it doesn't take up much space and is very efficient thanks to its own power supply. I recommend it!

This USB3.0 connector hub is very easy to install and use.
Smaller size (compared to the USB2.0 model of the same brand) with 3 connectors on one side and one on the other,
Very happy with the product during the whole warranty period, but after 13 months, the power supply failed without ever having used the 4 usb3 ports at the same time!
I just have to buy a small transformer or make it work without one, for the moment it seems to be fine ...
The D-Link HUB I received is different from the one shown on the picture: matte instead of shiny, square corners instead of rounded, 3 usb on the front and 1 usb on the side, plastic that looks a bit fragile for a D-Link. It's not a big deal but it's important to know that for those who also choose according to the design. The transformer that comes with it is almost three times as big as the hub! The usb 3 cable that comes with it is quite stiff which can tend to lift the hub. So a bit disappointed even if it works well.
I bought it to connect several peripherals (keyboard, mouse, USB-ethernet adaptor), this hub does the job perfectly, some (rare) disconnections from time to time though...
I'm very pleased with the quality of the product.
Good product, bought to be connected to an Intel NUC NUC5CPYH. No worries with the data rates. It's so small and light that the cables lift it up, which is perhaps its only problem.
