The cable is as described. The length is more than sufficient, the transmission is faithful to the rate requested by the charger and in terms of file exchange, no play in the plugs and the quality/price ratio is top notch.

I've been using it for a while now, but it's a good one. It's not a high end cable, but it costs 7.50€ for 1.8m, whereas on the market you can find 2m cables that are more stylish and strong, but around 11€.
To finish hiding behind the desk my choice was quickly made.

After 4 months still works great for charging.

The cable seems to work well. The thick wire gives a robust feeling. The moulded plastic part of the micro-usb plug is a bit big (which is not a problem for my devices but I don't know if it is for everyone). The micro-usb plug holds well and I haven't noticed any false contact. I'm not sure if it's the same for everyone... The price doesn't shock me considering the competition, but you have to admit that it's a lot to pay for just a piece of wire with two plugs.
No luck I bought several and one of them didn't work at all. The cable doesn't seem to be damaged, I don't understand, it worked intermittently for 2 days and then nothing. Probably a factory error. I don't see any other comments on a similar case, 2 stars for the others that still work.

I bought this cable mainly to charge a smartphone (Samsung Galaxy S4), and the result is that the charging speed is twice as slow as with the original cable!
I did the test twice and with 2 types of chargers (mains and cigarette lighter) and I confirm this problem.
With Waze (for example), this cable only slows down the battery discharge - not charging.
I'm not sure if it's the right cable for me, but it's a good one and I'm not sure if it's the right one. The length is ideal though and the Micro Usb B male doesn't seem to be moving at the moment
Good value for money. Solid and flexible. Used for USB to ASUS power extension for Mrs....She can enjoy her tablet while staying "plugged in" so no more battery problems in the middle of a candy cruch!!!
