Excellent thermal transfer performance for all the components I applied it to. The tube had been in a computer tool box for 7 years, it didn't change when I used it recently. Arctic still at the top. That said, today there is the Silver 7, much more efficient. Time to change, mister Freeman.

Nothing to say, it seems to be effective, but difficult to judge without real comparison with another product. You have to trust the manufacturer and believe what they tell you.

This thermal paste does its job, very easy to apply and the quantity is largely sufficient for 1 CPU.
I would start by saying that LDLC is always at the top for delivery. I've been using it for a while now, but I'm not sure if it's a good idea to use it for my PS4 PRO, as it's not a good idea to use it for my PS4 PRO.
I've used it for my PS4 PRO which was unplayable because the noise level of its fan was unbearable and I must say that the thermal paste does the job because after use, my PS4 PRO became very quiet! Dc satisfied!

Why this thermal paste rather than another one. Here it is: on an AMD Ryzen 7 5800X at 100% load in a room at 30°C: with the unbranded paste delivered with my tower ventirad, the processor temperature is 90°C. Just dismantle and replace with this paste: processor temperature at 85°C. 5°C gain just with a good paste.
Plus it spreads very well with the best instrument you can find: your index finger.

I've been using it for a while now, but it's not too bad. I waited about 12 hours before turning the console back on, the fan activates after a few minutes but at a normal speed, nothing to do with the helicopter noise of before the paste change.
Very easy to implement and exceptional results of 10°C less for the cpu.
For LDLC, still nothing to say, SURE VALUE!

I have been using the NT-H1 noctua for years, and when it ran out of stock, I tried the Artic Silver 5! I don't regret it! this thermal paste is even more efficient than the NT-H1, and by far! it is easy to apply.
After having tested other thermal pastes, I come back to the "Arctic Silver 5" which remains the easiest to use and very efficient :)

I have found this paste to be very good, it does the job very well, I use it with a Ryzen 7 1700X and a Be Quiet! Shadow Rock 2 as a ventirad, in idle I use 25-30 degrees and maximum 50-55 in game, it is very effective.
For the price it does the job, after that it's far from the best but it will probably prove to be sufficient for most.
The quality is there, it is indeed an important point to remember for this very efficient thermal paste.

Bought for my I5 8600k, I put the paste on with a kraken X62, the proc runs at 30° idle and never more than 45° under load so far, so it's as described. The price is a bit high compared to the competition for a thermal paste that is starting to get old
I've been assembling my PCs for over 25 years and with Artic Silver I've never had a single problem, top notch despite the somewhat expensive price of 4.26 euros per gram. After use on a processor, there are still 2.5 grams that will be lost!

I don't use it all the time, usually on my un-capped processors and when I'm not doing OC
So what can I say, it's a good quality thermal paste, it's not the best either, difficult to apply but is much better than all the pastes already in the box of the processors or ventirad, I still recommend, but I will recommend to start on the GE extreme ;)

Finally a thermal paw worth its price. Much better than the others on the market. I gain a lot in temperature on several pc models. Very efficient, no need to use a lot.

First time I placed the thermal paste by myself, the new processor is overclocking with water cooling at the first price and stays at 40°C constant so good quality ;) Previously 40°C with a processor in full gaming mode.
It is probably the most expensive paste but above all the most effective! There is at least enough to do 2-3 uses with it which justifies part of the price.
I have no complaints about the fact that it was delivered in bulk at the bottom of my box.

Thermal paste used for a 51 watt i3-7320 and a Noctua radiator. This paste is expensive but the expense seems necessary for any motherboard/processor/heatsink set over 500 euros.
