A custom privacy filter for your curved ultrawide screen
The StarTech.com 34C29-PRIVACY-SCREEN privacy filter is designed for professionals handling sensitive information on a 34-inch Dell P3424WE monitor with a curved 21:9 ultrawide display. Custom-designed for this screen (dimensions 81,3 x 34,3 cm), it perfectly follows the panel's curvature and preserves the aesthetics of your workstation. TAA-compliant, it is suitable for sensitive corporate environments and government agencies.TAA, it is suitable for sensitive corporate environments and government agencies.
Thanks to Microlouver technology, the filter obscures the screen when viewed from the side, with a viewing angle of approximately 60° (±30° from the center), to prevent visual snooping in open offices and shared spaces. It blocks between 40 and 51% of blue light (380-480 nm spectrum) to reduce eye strain during long work sessions, and provides 65% light transmission for excellent readability. Its matte, anti-glare side features a scratch-resistant coating, making it suitable for glare-prone environments, while its glossy side preserves color vibrancy.
Installation takes just a few minutes using the included adhesive strips, with the glossy or matte side facing out according to your preference. Optional mounting tabs provide additional support on the bottom bezel to ensure a secure fit over time. Beyond privacy, the film protects the screen from scratches, fingerprints, and dust in everyday use.
