Coming from an rx 6700 10 gb, with this rx 9060xt 16 gb I get between 20 and 30% additional performance for equivalent power consumption.
It is a perfect card for gaming in 1080p, I have not tested 1440p but it is clear that it can run many titles at good framerates at this resolution as well.
For reference; on cyberpunk 2077 it delivers 117 fps on average and 98 fps minimum in 1080p/high ( without ray tracing or image generation ).
It remains rather discreet under load, I do not even hear it when I play.
It does get quite hot however, it reaches around 70° on demanding games in a room at 20°.
