The cost-effective AXIS M1055-L is designed with privacy and security in mind. It offers HDTV 1080p resolution with excellent image quality. Thanks to Wide Dynamic Range (WDR), you can see details even when there are dark and light areas in the scene. And, thanks to an IR-corrected lens, you'll enjoy professional-quality video day or night. What's more, this easy-to-install body camera can be mounted in corners for complete coverage with a 103° field of view.
It has an operating indicator to show when video is being recorded or streamed. And, thanks to AXIS Live PrivacyShield, it's easy to monitor activities remotely while protecting privacy. In addition, a built-in Pencil privacy filter ensures discreet images that protect privacy. AXIS M1055-L has built-in cybersecurity features that help prevent unauthorized access to your network. In addition, signed firmware and secure boot guarantee that the firmware has not been compromised and ensure that only authorized firmware is installed.
Extended capabilities
This compact camera includes a deep learning processing unit (DLPU) that provides advanced features and powerful analytics based on deep learning at the edge. With AXIS Object Analytics, which includes time-in-zone, you can track every time an object stays in a defined area longer than a user-defined time, for example to detect prowlers or monitor dwell time. In addition, it supports PoE and includes an I/O port for accessories, such as alarm buttons.
