I bought it last year and honestly, no complaints. It meets all expectations, i.e. it runs all games at 144 fps without any issues in 1080p. It's super powerful and super attractive, with all the colour customisation options you could want. You can create something really beautiful. Honestly, it's the best purchase I've ever made!
The configuration interface is really intuitive and easy to use, even for someone who isn't an expert. Communication with customer service throughout the purchasing process was smooth, clear and responsive, which was very much appreciated.
One small downside, however: having placed my order on the Swiss platform (ldlc.ch), I received a power cable with a French plug instead of a Swiss plug. This meant that the PC was unusable without an adapter or additional cable. I was promised that the correct cable would be sent to me, but I have not yet received anything...
In my opinion, when you order from the Swiss website of a French retailer that really wants to establish itself in Switzerland, this kind of detail (which is marginal in terms of cost) should be anticipated and the product delivered ready to use with the appropriate plug.
It's a real shame because everything else was great. For this reason alone, I'm giving it 4 out of 5 stars. With this small adjustment, it would be perfect!
The assembly was spot on, as was the delivery time, and the PC is actually a thunderbolt. Well packaged, secure, etc. Frankly, I'm not disappointed.
The assembly is clean, and everything works well right from the start. I mainly play FPS and a few single-player games, and at 1440p it runs smoothly with great graphics. The cooling does its job well, with no overheating even after several hours. It's silent in normal use. I'm happy with my purchase, it does the job!
Very well, this is a good product and I love it. We'll see what happens over time, thank you very much.
