Following the failure of my MacBook Air’s screen, the adapter allowed me to connect the laptop to my television screen while waiting for its replacement. (The order took a little longer than expected: 3 weeks vs. 1 week.)
The only thing I can say is that the service and advice in shop are always relevant.
Out of about thirty products bought over the last three years, only one did not give me satisfaction (a product that I quickly replaced).
Apart from that, it should be noted that my current PC is bought entirely from LDLC: in parts. (from the GPU to the power supply). No component in the tower has failed me in the last three years.
