With the Thermal Grizzly CPU Contact Frame, you can improve the cooling performance of your 12th/13th/14th generation CPU. The contact frame replaces the standard ILM on the motherboard and improves the cooling performance of the CPU cooler thanks to optimised contact pressure. Corrects Intel's design flaw

Unfortunately, this element is essential for 12th, 13th and 14th generation Intel processors if they are to last and cool properly.

Installation is easy but very delicate. Do not tighten all the way. Go slowly. Between each turn of the screws, check that the system boots and that everything is correctly recognised before installing/connecting everything.

There are cheaper contact frames that are just as effective, but I chose this one because it was the only one in stock when I bought it.
