Thermal Grizzly KryoSheet series graphene thermal pads can be used as an excellent alternative to thermal compounds in the high-performance segment. Similar to Carbonaut pads, their surface can be shaped and their thermal conductivity is very high.

High-performance top-of-the-range thermal pad
The Thermal Grizzly KryoSheet series of graphene thermal pads can be used as an excellent alternative to thermal compounds in the high-performance segment. Similar to Carbonaut pads, their surface can be shaped and their thermal conductivity is very high. Compared with Carbonaut pads, KryoSheet is a top-of-the-range product offering significantly higher thermal conductivity.
This increased thermal conductivity is due not only to the choice of material, but also to the innovative manufacturing process. KryoSheet contains no liquid components and is therefore not subject to normal ageing as is the case with traditional thermal pastes. Drying is not possible.
