The delivery was 5/5, the box was in perfect condition, honestly, the delivery man even wanted to come and help me carry it to my flat. The TV is just what I was looking for, the quality is there, it looks great, the sound is not bad at all to begin with. I've just finished watching Formula One on Netflix on this TV, it's a real treat!
