Works well but disappointing
I should be used to Sennheiser: good product, but software so bare-bones that you really can't do much more than touch the volume buttons. They surprise me with a headset that doesn't let you turn off the noise cancelling. Well, yes, you can turn it off if you switch to transparency mode.
So either I leave the noise cancelling on, which bothers me when I'm not outdoors, or I use transparency mode, where it sends me every little sound like my PC fan, my own breathing, the rustle of my clothes, the press of a key on a keyboard...
It's comfortable on the head and works pretty well apart from that, but it's really a big problem and I would have liked to know before buying the product because otherwise I would have looked elsewhere.
It's such a basic feature that I didn't even think to ask whether it was included. Well, I was wrong.
