This model offers increased black density for better gradations, deeper blacks and less graininess thanks to UltraChrome Pro10 ink, the new F10 printhead and Black Overprint Technology (BEO), which produces finer detail and texture in black areas. The blue colour space enables users to reproduce the image on screen more faithfully.

Easy to use and maintenance kit
The sober design of the SC-P900 is matched only by its ease of use. It features a customisable user interface, internal lighting, a rolling paper unit (optional), an automatic fine art paper feeder, an easy-to-configure media profile, an easy-to-maintain service kit and a maintenance kit. and the new F10 printhead, which means you don't have to change the black ink (for 10 colours).
The ink supplied with your printer is used during initial set-up. To produce high-quality prints, the printer must be fully charged with ink. Once set up, the life of the cartridges and the maintenance kit is limited. That's why Epson provides you with an additional maintenance kit for added convenience. Even if ink levels are low, or the maintenance kit reaches the end of its useful life, you can continue printing until the cartridge replacement warning appears. However, Epson recommends that you plan ahead and have spare cartridges.
