Durability to be reviewed
Episode 1: After several months, the keyboard no longer held a charge. Always efficient and responsive, the staff at LDLC Paris Beaugrenelle examined the device under warranty, then had no other solution than to send the keyboard back to the manufacturer and give me a new, more recent set from the same brand as a replacement. They explained to me that because everything was miniaturised, it was no longer possible to repair it.
Episode 2: This time it's my fault, so I can't claim under the warranty. I spill a glass on the new keyboard. I tried to dismantle it, thinking it could be cleaned. But I soon realised that the metal plate supporting the keys was riveted by dozens of little plastic pillars. Difficult to open and probably impossible to repair and put back together, I put the keyboard in the recycling bin.
Episode 3: the scroll wheel on the new mouse behaves strangely, sometimes moving elements on the screen without being touched.
