Ultra fast.
This USB stick is ultra-fast, but under certain conditions:
* The USB port must be USB 3.2 compliant.
* It must detect the stick as such.
* Adding an adapter (e.g. to convert USB-C to USB-A) or an extension cable may cause this detection to be lost.
For example, in Linux, the command "inxi --usb" must display a line similar to: "Device-1: 2-3.2:7 info: Kingston DataTraveler Max type: mass storage rev: 3.2".
With an inappropriate adapter (even if it is 3.1 certified), the output may be: "Device-1: 3-7:15 info: Kingston DataTraveler Max type: mass storage rev: 2.1" and you will end up with poor performance. Do not blame the key for this.
