The Gammaxx 400S is a new model in the legendary Gammaxx 400 series. With an improved 120mm fan, 4 high efficiency heatpipes and a heat resistant mounting system, the Gammaxx 400S is set to deliver better and safer performance.
The 120mm fan is precisely tuned to achieve the perfect balance between noise and performance at a fixed speed.
With a specific layout and updated technology, the 4 copper heatpipes will efficiently dissipate heat from the processor.
Direct Touch technology helps the heatpipes to better absorb heat from the processor. The large heat exchange surface of the heat sink then allows for faster heat dissipation.
Finally, take advantage of the new heat-resistant mounting system that makes the Gammaxx 400S easier and more secure to install.

When I was looking for a quieter fan than the Antec A30, I bought this model because it had better noise characteristics on the site. On LDLC, it is marked as 15db whereas on the Deep cool website, it is between 18 and 30db (we are actually more at 20-30db than 15)...Thanks LDLC!
