Poor order-taking

Despite the fact that I had to drive for 3 hours (there and back) on purpose to order a particular model of RAM strip with THE shop reference (the one I found on the net), I had to go back 3 times to finally get what I wanted!
- 1st time, the same as the one I wanted to change.
- 2nd time, a different model to the one I'd ordered.
- 3rd time, I FINALLY got the bars I'd ordered!

Obliged to give an opinion because of their spam in my mailbox.
