Despite the difficulties in delivering the parcel due to problems with the carrier, customer service helped me to solve the problem, even going so far as to send another item by Colissimo. I appreciated the commercial gesture from customer service.

This modem-router fulfils its role perfectly: stable ADSL connection and automatic reconnection in case of disconnection. For the price, there is nothing to complain about.
The 300 Mbps Wifi, the lack of USB3 ports or 1 Gbps RJ45 ports are not a problem if it is used as a modem because the ADSL speed is lower than the speed of these ports,
The only negative points I can find with it are
- no French interface
- no integrated SMTP server to transmit logs
