I use this router in local network for my performances between my sound console and my phone, it works perfectly, sometimes a few small dropouts but it's not bad, for the moment it hasn't caused me any problem. I also use this router at home when it's not performing with an external USB hard drive, it allows me to have a sort of NAS server which is not bad and also to extend my wifi while using it as a Switch which is rather nice, I haven't used the 3G/4G router function as I don't have a USB key to insert its sim and even though I doubt that it makes much difference in the countryside with hardly any 4G and a bit of 3G here and there, so please refer to the others for this function.
