Nothing to say, the items meet expectations perfectly. Played mainly by Star citizen, no problems, just happiness.
Thrustmaster T.16000M FCS Space Sim Duo joysticks are designed primarily for space flight simulation games. With their ambidextrous ergonomics and high-precision technology, they will effectively meet the expectations of all flight simulation enthusiasts!
Advanced flight simulator control system with two joysticks
High precision technologyGain precision with H.E.A.R.T. (HallEffect AccuRate Technology)! With 3D magnetic sensors (Hall Effect) located in the handle, the precision is extreme (resolution of 16,000 x 16,000 values!). The magnets offer frictionless action, guaranteeing exceptional precision that will not change over time. The helical spring (2.8 mm diameter) inside the handle provides a firm, linear and smooth tension. Moreover, thanks to 3 detachable components, the joystick is perfectly suited for both right and left handed players. |
Innovative and powerful softwareThe fatal weapon of the Thrustmaster T.16000M FCS Space Sim Duo joystick is called T.A.R.G.E.T(Thrustmaster Advanced pRogramming Graphical EdiTor). This is a software suite that allows the creation of programs of varying degrees of complexity using only the mouse, following a "Drag and Drop" principle. Several levels of programming are offered: "Basic" for beginners, "Advanced" to exploit advanced functions and finally "Script" to exploit the full power of the software. T.A.R.G.E.T. allows for total interaction between different Thrustmaster USB controllers, simplified configurations in the simulators, and the use of a single profile for all controllers rather than as many profiles as there are controllers. Finally, and this is a definite advantage, T.A.R.G.E.T. includes predefined profiles for famous titles, both recent and older, and moreover allows the creation of new profiles! |

For star citizen gamers who want to combine efficiency and reasonable price.
I don't regret my choice, the only problem is the weight which I find too light.
These joysticks are not to be taken for granted. As a gamer on Elite: Dangerous and having accumulated over 1500 hours of gameplay on it using these T16000Ms, I had to disassemble the sticks several times to adjust the torsion axis, the cable connected to the buttons was in the way. Also, all the buttons except the trigger are membrane buttons and they are not attached to the plastic which means that the membranes tend to fall off: I glued them.
In conclusion: good at first, move on afterwards.
Well, you read my title...
I had an x56 before that was cool but I wanted more control over my moves especially for racing
And this is just a crazy thing!
Especially for the price... The rhino 250 and the 139 !!!
Anyway, for the pilots, have fun !
Duo ordered for Christmas 2019, used since on Star Citizen and Elite Dangerous. The first impressions and the first months of play were very good. Unfortunately for a few weeks now and it's getting worse, the Z axis of the right Joystick activates itself, causing the ship to roll, it's not necessarily noticeable immediately if you're in combat as you're still manoeuvring, but during more delicate phases you may notice that it activates itself. After a search on the net, this seems to be the weak point of these joysticks. After only 6-8 months I find this a bit of a shame.
