We can issue a 15 % tax-free form for all purchases. To do so, the amount of the ordered equipment must be higher than €100. Services (shipping costs, assembly services, bank fees for payment in three instalments, etc.) are not taken into account when reaching this threshold. The equipment must be dispatched within three months of purchase. Your request for a tax-free form will only be accepted within the three months from date of order invoicing.
If you meet these conditions, you can place your order via the Internet and then send an email using this form. Here are all the necessary information:
- your nationality;
- your passport number;
- your date of birth;
- your address abroad;
- the serial number of the equipment concerned by the tax exemption.
The refund of the 15% tax-free amount is made upon receipt of the form stamped by the customs authorities when the equipment is taken out of the country. It will be established by bank transfer. This form will be sent to you by post to the delivery address in France specified at the time of your order. If it has to be sent to another address, please specify it when you send your documents.
