Credit card

The credit card is the payment method most used by our customers.

For all your credit card payments, the transaction is secured by SSL encryption technology. All your payment details are encrypted from your computer to the bank's server. This information remains confidential and cannot be seen or used without your approbation.

Charged only upon shipment

The credit card is charged when the order is being prepared. It does not take place as soon as the order is placed, nor is it carried out if the order is not validated or as long as all the articles are not in stock. For orders including an assembly service, the debit is made when we start preparing the parts for delivery to our assembly technicians.

Virtual credit card

In order to secure your online purchases, some banks allow you to generate virtual bank card numbers for a single use and for a given amount. We are of course happy to accept payments by this means. However, virtual credit card numbers have a limited validity. Compared to other types of credit card payments, the debit will be made when the order is placed.

American Express

American Express cards are accepted on our website.

Payment limits

Most payment cards have a maximum payment limit, usually between €1500 and €4000. The payment limit is calculated over a rolling 30-day period. Any payment request is counted within this limit, including when the payment is granted but not yet executed. This is known as a pre-debit. If an order is cancelled (and therefore never debited), the amount of the pre-debit temporarily continues to be taken into account in calculating the amount available before the cap is reached. It is usually possible to ask your bank for a temporary or permanent increase in the limit.
