The Mac lives up to my expectations.
I already had the old model, which satisfied me for about ten years without any problem
Following my purchase at the Guilherand Granges store, I was well advised by Julien on the model to choose given my use. He also migrated my old IMAC to the new one. I use this computer for private use only. I am satisfied with the service and the much superior performance of this new model.
We bought another Apple computer because we were satisfied with the first one, which lasted 12 and a half years.
However, two ports are insufficient given the price of the computer.
With its sleek design, discreet cables, slim profile and original colour, everything about it is designed to appeal, and it works!
Given to my wife as a gift, this iMac could quickly become the family computer, as its brightly coloured screen is a real eye-catcher.
It takes some getting used to iOS when you're coming from the Windows world, but everything is designed to support the user and seems intuitive.
The rating reflects my impressions after the first few hours of use; we'll see if it still holds its charm over time.
A geek and Apple fanatic since 1984, and user of one of the first Macintosh 128k computers sold in France (which still works!), I have never betrayed Steve Jobs' apple, with MacBook, MacBook Air, iMac, iPod, iPhone or iPad. Very satisfied.

So, it was time to update my wardrobe by switching to Apple AI and the Apple chip!
I was immediately impressed by the speed and capabilities of this machine! And with Apple, it's change within continuity, with all my settings and iCloud data from the old iMac transferred to the new one.
Everything works perfectly and quickly with new features such as AI, photo editing, etc.
Add to that Apple's sleek design, with no wires lying around; nothing comparable to other brands, the machine is beautiful and functional!
Finally, the after-sales service at LDLC Clermont-Jaude is excellent; knowledgeable sales staff and technicians who are top notch!

This IMac was bought to replace my old 2017 IMac 27' which had reached the end of its life...
This new IMac fits the bill completely and is a good compromise between my MacBook Air and my IPad.

The staff at the Bourg en Bresse shop are very competent.
In short, they are professionals, and these days that's becoming rare.
The Apple model at its best, in fact. First of all, the packaging is more than meticulous, and that's not a detail.
Then there's the style of the object: slim profile, soft colour. Very light and space-saving, of course. With AN keyboard and battery-free mouse.
Easy to get to grips with the system if you're already a user.
The only surprise: the usb c sockets require an additional hub to connect your usb2 peripherals, particularly for transferring backups, but it was quick and efficient.
In short, I was up and running on this machine by the end of the morning.
The Mac I bought is really excellent-performing, reliable and of remarkable quality. I highly recommend the Cordeliers shop, impeccable service and top-notch team.
The examination of the appliance brought in for repair was rapid, the diagnosis clear and the proposals for repair or replacement made without insisting on one or the other. The preparation of the appliance purchased was satisfactory... In short, a very good advisory service.
This iMac is fabulous!
Extremely easy to use, fast, powerful, very good quality screen, beautiful green colour.
As expected, however, getting started from Time Machine data recovery was laborious and I had to call Apple, but the process is long and you end up with different people... so far so good, but I wonder about that for someone less familiar with the Mac.
After the update, you find your data again, but arranged according to a logic that escapes me and that my contacts at Apple don't explain either.

A few problems getting used to it, as my old iMAC was almost 13 years old!
I don't need the iCLOUD which, it seems to me, has filled up all by itself. I just can't seem to get rid of it.
I was a bit apprehensive about the transition from my old iMac (2018) to this new model (I don't do this every day). But thanks to TimeMachine, installing my software, recovering all my files, settings and preferences, as well as organising my desktop and wallpaper, was quick and easy, with no faults to be found.
It's quick and easy to use, in no way comparable to my old, ageing iMac.
On the device itself, I regret that the transformer is now separate, as it takes up more space.
Worse still, the device only has two Thunderbolt/USB-C ports, which is really stingy.
Finally, the sound quality is less good than before; at least I haven't found out how it's possible to adjust the bass and treble, if there is such a thing: I find the treble too high and unpleasant.
Every day I congratulate myself on my purchase ??... a real pleasure - speed - many improvements compared to my old system, new very useful applications etc .... in short, everything is perfect.

At first I had great difficulty because I hadn't used a computer for 4 years and never an Apple one, so I didn't know how to enter the numbers on the keyboard. As a result, I wasn't able to record all the codes requested by the installation programme. Fortunately I was able to get help from your services in Perpignan and Ireland. For the moment I haven't used it much... that will come in its own time, when its use will be necessary and indispensable. Thank you
A new Imac at home. New generation at its best. I've been loyal to the brand for a long time. It complements my 27" from 2020.
We had very good advice, we had to make an order, it arrived quickly.
Desperate not to get any work done with my old Mac, I invested in the latest generation and it's a joy to use every day! It's quick to use, from starting up to switching from one application to another. I've found my 40,000 photos again, with smooth viewing, and what's more, it's beautiful!

I am very satisfied with the quality of the reception on the phone at LDLC. However, changing the glass on the Apple phone is too expensive! To be reviewed.
Wanting to renew my 12 year old iMac, I consulted LDLC in Marseille Valentine in 2024.
At the beginning of January I enquired about availability by colour. The green model was ordered.
A few days later LDLC informed me that my iMac was available in shop.
The technician set up my new Mac and retrieved the information from the old PC.
I would recommend this shop to anyone who can't get to an Apple store.

I've just bought the iMac M4 24" 2024 . In terms of performance, this model is really impressive, with 24 GB of RAM and its M4 processor.
The 24-inch screen is magnificent: the 4.5K resolution is incredibly clear and the colours are vivid and natural. It's a real pleasure to work and watch videos or films on it. The integration of macOS and compatibility with the Apple ecosystem (iPhone, iPad, AirPods) make daily use very efficient.
Another strong point: the cooling system is silent, even when gaming, which is a real plus for those looking for a machine that is both powerful and aesthetically pleasing.
I'm happy with my purchase and my Mac works very well. Apple is expensive but the quality and reliability are there.
