The screen freezes or pixelates at random, with no way of correcting it. To get out of this situation, press the power button.
A new processor is ordered. To be continued. As it stands, this PC is completely unreliable and of little use.

Thanks to Tanguy from Chambray Lès Tours for assembling my PC11 Start Bureau I3; I'm satisfied with my purchase, it's fast, powerful and quiet, nothing like my old dinosaur.
However, I would have liked to have had more time in the shop, to have been advised more calmly on the description of my PC and its possibilities, because I regret not having a DVD player (I have shows recorded on DVD that I can no longer view, too bad! maybe there's a solution?
On a small note: when you're making a major purchase over several years, it would be a good idea to have an appointment with the technician/adviser in the shop so that he's available and can take the time to advise the customer alone, without having to greet new customers every 5 minutes as they walk through the door.

A good PC for basic office and internet activities.
Windows 11 was installed, as well as some software (Open Office, VLC, etc.).
The PC is fast and fairly quiet.
I didn't appreciate the 50€ increase in the PC's speed in just a few hours. I had to tie up the wires connecting the PC's components because they were touching the fans, which caused "lawnmower" noises when I switched it on. As far as the CD and card readers are concerned, there's nothing to report - both work perfectly.
The product corresponds to the description, meets my expectations and works very well. I would recommend
