An excellent headset, as long as you know what level of performance to expect. No complaints here—the features are all there and work well. Easy and fairly intuitive to use, with very decent comfort during extended listening sessions. In short, it's in line with the rest of the series.

The sound level is incredible. I find it slightly behind 1 wf-1000xm4 (which became unusable because of faulty batteries despite 1 return SAV), but the sound of the wf-1000xm4 intra with highs gave me more feeling. With 1 adjustment using the sony android headphones application, you can find what you're looking for.
i like a lot the headphone, but the battery didnt last 30h as they said, maximum 15-20h of intense use. good quality sound and seems like the material is a good one also, just the battery bother me a little. besides nothing to complain.
Comfortable, lightweight headphones. Great sound and the application is easy to use. The ANC is top-notch, and there's nothing you can do about it.

Frankly, I'm very pleased with these headphones. Excellent sound and good battery life. The feature I like the most is the ability to be connected to several devices at the same time. The sound switches from one to the other very easily. Of course, the 2 sources don't play at the same time.
Order received without any problem in New Caledonia. The sound is incredible (it's my first "top of the range" headset) and the Sony Headphones app for setting up the headset is well thought out.
I use them regularly at home but especially at work (open space) and the noise reduction is impressive (as long as you cover your whole ear)! I'm really in my own bubble and can concentrate on my work.
I've had the little problem that comes up a lot with these headphones: sometimes the headband can hurt the top of the skull. Solution: simply adjust the size higher so it's not a problem as long as you don't move around.

I didn't know about this shop and I made my purchase online. Not much news about availability and expected delivery date... I only received an email when it arrived in shop to collect it. The headphones are great and my daughter couldn't be more delighted... so isolated from the outside world to work on her lessons! Just great!
Very versatile product, with a very good ANC.
The basic sound profile is a bit too flat for my taste, but thanks to the application you can choose different equalizers that give the headphones their full potential.
Very good autonomy and comfort too.
