I hardly ever handle it, it always stays plugged into the same socket, but after a year and a half, after unplugging it, I noticed that the plugs no longer stayed in place, they were going back inside.
It was then impossible to plug it back in.
On the other hand, customer service (port connect) was quick and exchanged the product for the new model.

Hello, this product would be perfect if the cable weren't so short. I use this charger at my clients' homes, and I can't reach the socket because the cable is so short... So I can't use it as I should, but it's still useful at home.
