Purchased on 19/02/2022, since June 2023 the laptop no longer lights up or charges. However, the screen lights up for less than a second and then goes out, like an incessant flash (photo). The power button is also missing (photo). A real disappointment for an IP68-certified device!

Very happy with this durable and not too bulky phone. The delivery was quick and trouble free.
The phone is as expected but it is difficult to find a "small" size phone with good capacity:
- the screen could be bigger for the size of the phone
- the photo is not better than my old samsung A3 despite 4 million pixels more
- correct autonomy, but not more.
I'm not sure if it's a good phone for the price, but it is.
I bought this phone from LDLC in May 2021, LDLC service is top notch as always, phone available in shop before the deadline no problem there.
I've been using it for a while now, but I'm not sure how long I'll be able to use it. I bought it in May and used it for just over 2 months, no drops or accidents and already major problems.
The torch doesn't work anymore, you press the button and the logo of the flashlight appears on the screen but the led doesn't light up.
The USB C connection for charging is unreliable, connected charging does not start systematically and the fast charge works when it wants. The phone sometimes even displays the charging logo when it is not connected.
Another problem with the touchpad which is really not accurate and doesn't always allow me to type my unlock pattern correctly.
I therefore give this model a score of 0/10.
I had already been using the XCOVER 4 for 3 years and it worked well for me. It has been through many drops and still works very well.
I wanted better memory, camera and battery performance, but still wanted a solid, shockproof phone.
