The hard drive itself meets my needs in terms of storage size and performance
I'm using it as the main drive for my Windows11 installation on an ageing PC, in place of my previous SSD which was only 128GB.
I didn't install Samsung's dedicated software for the drive, as I didn't see any point in it
Slight downside (although I didn't change my rating because of this): the shipping costs are high and should be factored into the price.
Despite everything, I still prefer to order from a French site, on a human scale, with a dedicated team for competent technical support.

Bought to unload a HDD (dedicated to data storage) that was starting to show signs of mechanical weakness (I can find the animated wallpapers on the web, but not the latest photos of our late Grandma), I opted for this SSD. It was an easy choice, as I've already been using the same model as my main drive (PC/Win11) for over a year and I'm completely satisfied with it.
It's a very good product, easy to install, and totally in line with what you'd expect from an SSD: small footprint, reliability, very satisfactory read/write times, and very good value for money. For those less familiar with the product, the packaging includes a user guide and an information leaflet on 'Samsung Magician Software', the manufacturer's disk management software.

This SSD has perfectly replaced my old SSD which had a few problems. Installing Windows 11 on it went perfectly without a hitch.
The computer, a MAC, was very slow. I thought it was a memory capacity problem.
The diagnosis was clear and precise: hard disk conflict.
The invoicing was in line with the estimate and the deadlines were met.
The MAC works better than new!
For the moment there's nothing to say, it's just been installed and I haven't noticed any PBs so far.
I'll come back to you if I notice any malfunctions, but to date, frankly, there's nothing to say!

Does exactly what it's supposed to do, I've got an old motherboard that doesn't have an M2 port, I'm sticking with SATA and this is the second Samsung SSD I've used to get a bit of space without the hassle of an old 3.5" drive that spins noisily and has had its day.
Everything's perfect: at last I've got space for all my photos, and the speed of access to them, among other things, is really nice.
I bought this SSD to replace my old HDD, and as expected my PC has run better since then.

Before I bought and installed this SSD, my computer would struggle during my gaming sessions with FPS problems or textures that wouldn't load with my HDD... But since then, my computer has been much smoother and my game load times have dropped enormously. In short, I recommend switching from an HDD to an SSD.
Since I switched from an HDD to this SSD my Windows 10 system and my games launch much faster and I no longer have the constant noise of a mechanical hard drive. What a joy!
My Asus all-in-one PC has been given a new lease of life, taking more than ten minutes to start up. I now only have one minute, and my applications are faster too.
No installation problems. I just had to struggle a bit to declare and configure it in Windos 11.
Works perfectly well. Plus the Magician software.
Used to resurrect an old blunderbuss that's struggling with all the rubbish that Microsoft leaves lying around in its OS, the cache on the disk makes swap accesses easier and the ssd makes the machine much more responsive than the old mechanical disk.
