Hi, after installing this RAM strip, it is not detected either in the OS or even in the BIOS. So I swapped the slots of my current RAM with the one I received: same problem. So I think this RAM isn't working. How can we fix this?

Works perfectly well and has considerably increased the start-up and execution speed of an old computer dating from 2017.
My computer specialist noted that this item did not work. I had to go to the shop to buy another one (of course the shop didn't take it back, explaining that what was bought on the internet had to go through the internet).

It's still a bit early to tell, but combined with the motherboard, amd processor and SSD, it makes a good formula for a small setup in an association environment. The goal of having a fast bootable system is done!
I was very pleased with the quality of the RAM, which was received quickly and well packaged, as per the data sheet on the website, not forgetting the LDLC support team who were available and efficient in keeping me informed.
Good performance and a simple but nice design. So far I haven't had any problems with installation or use.
