Hello, so the dongle I received corresponds to the faulty dongle I bought elsewhere for a third of the price (same inscriptions). It does not match the picture at all (no white ring, no curved plastic part either).
I was expecting a device from the manufacturer Logitech and not the Chinese copy that can easily be found at any retailer...
Why so many negative opinions on it? Simple the accessory disconnects the keyboard, and it's a pain (and yes the keyboard is perfectly in Unifying and not bolt).
Connects easily to LOGITECH hardware (beware Unifying - download the software on your computer to pair it). Took to replace my faulty dongle. Easy and quick, I won't have to buy another keyboard/mouse combo just for the dongle. Apparently you can connect 6 devices... 2 were enough for me.
The receiver is smaller than the original one, so it's really slim. Once the Unifying software is downloaded and installed, configuration is almost instantaneous, everything is indicated on the screen. I'm sure that my K400r can be used on a small HTPC again.
The logitech keyboard and mouse manuals indicate compatibility with many of the logitech keyboards and mice.
I did not succeed and had to buy another set of logitech keyboards and mice which do not work any better with this dongle.
The product does the job very well, it avoids having to buy another keyboard.
However, after 4 years of use, I find it fragile.
Ordered to replace the original receiver with damaged contacts. It had lasted 6 years without any problem. The best is to leave it without ever unplugging it.
Besides, it is still compatible with my old Anywhere MX mouse. The pairing was done very easily under linux.
For the disgruntled who thought they were buying a bluetooth receiver, LDLC should perhaps update the description and specify that it is only compatible with logitech devices on which the unifying logo in the form of an orange sun appears, the same as the one visible here on the image of the receiver.
Works perfectly. Fast delivery in a large bubble pack in the parcel. Pairing software to be downloaded from the logitech website. Of course you need to have one or more devices compatible with the logitech unifying standard.
Of course you need a compatible product (mouse/keyboard). Personally, this is my case and I can tell you that the synchro is instantaneous. Frankly, it's great. I'm not sure if it's a good idea to check the compatibility of your product first. I am not disappointed.

Obviously, you need a compatible mouse (they have a Unifying logo on them: the star in the orange frame), and - obviously - you need another functional mouse or trackpad to be able to combine the receiver and the compatible mouse.

And I'm appalled, yes, I am ... Because before buying anything, you have to check if what you have chosen is really compatible with what you use !!!!
A bluetooth mouse will never be compatible with a nano receiver with 2.4 GHz wireless technology !!!!
The only problem is that the nano receiver is not compatible with any other device, so it is not a good idea to use a bluetooth mouse with it.
The only downside is that the price is a bit expensive ... my son ;)
I've been using it for a while now, but it's a great tool....
I have read the other reviews and checked the compatibility of my keyboard on the logitech website before buying.
The receiver works perfectly with my k830 keyboard.
Quick to receive, easy to install, just download the software from the manufacturer's website and let yourself be guided to associate the keyboard and mouse with the key. If you don't have another computer, you can use a wired mouse as a backup.

I bought this product to replace a defective keyboard nano. I've plugged it in, but it doesn't recognise the keyboard....y understand anything! I'm not sure if this is a good idea, but I'd like to know if it's a good idea to use it. Thanks
I may have misread it, but the key piece of information missing is that you can only pair one nano per keyboard or mouse.
This makes the product completely useless to me. The software is totally incapable of pairing if the Logitech keyboard is already paired since it asks for a confirmation that cannot be validated without a paired keyboard.
I just bought the Logitech nano receiver to connect my Logitech M557 mouse and as I could not pair my mouse with the nano receiver then I looked at Logitech.fr if my one year old mouse was compatible WELL NO, bravor super Logitech, product NULL from NULL
I'm not sure what to do with it, but I'm sure it's a good idea to have a look at it and see if it's compatible.
