The RJ45 cable does the job. I'm not sure why I'd want to take such a short cable, because I don't want the wires running all over the place. The aim! to be WAF.
I thought I had a simple and functional cable, in fact it seems to be defective but I discovered late in the day that the RJ45 port it is on switches to 100Mbs, whereas it is meant to be cat. 6 and therefore seems capable of supporting 1Gbs.

Be careful with the length. Yes, it is 50 cm, and it is very short, so measure before! I'm very pleased with the quality of the product.

This is a good quality cable, perfect for a small, well organised network patch bay. The short length keeps the cables from getting tangled. I use them to connect my router to my switch.
The RJ45 category 6 U/UTP 3m cable (Red) is very good because it is different in colour.
Used to connect a PC to a box, does its job very well, nothing to complain about.
The clip (for inserting the cable into the RJ45 socket) seems to be of good quality.

The cable is reliable and plugs in well, on a box with a pro connection that hits 900 Mb/s, no packet loss problems or anything, good stuff.
The fact that it's 7.5 metres is great, in the living room it allows you to plug in a laptop or a desktop computer quite well and at ease :)
