Good webcam for videoconferencing, the 30 fps doesn't get in the way. The microphone is quite weak, so I had to turn the gain all the way up.

The objective was to replace an integrated camera of laptop to be able to carry out video-conference in better conditions, objective filled! The system of fixation at the top of the screen is simple and effective, the video is much clearer, the microphone works very well and does not oblige me to put a headset, nothing to say!
After some hesitation on the choice of the right camera model for a Teams oriented use with a Windows 10 professional laptop without the possibility to install any driver, I opted for the C930e with some apprehension. After receiving it (LDLC's logistics service is always impeccable), plugging the C930e into the station, launching Teams, I was pleasantly surprised: everything worked right away. No possibility of adjustment on the camera side, but the default definition (closer to 720 than 1080p) suits me perfectly. Good point also for the shutter provided in accessory of the camera.
It is in complicated situations that the quality of the service becomes apparent.
For example, my camera had a defect (dust inside the lens), which caused a blurred circle in the image.
After I had sent in the supporting documents, Guillaume took me in hand.
As the case was clear, he went straight to the solution, sending a new camera.
The camera arrived without defect, I sent mine back and everything is fine now.
I had chosen to pay more by buying from LDLC, counting on their quality of service, and it was really the best!
As far as the camera itself is concerned, I'm really happy with it.
There is still one small flaw however, the non-memorisation of the settings. This problem did not exist on the C920, which is nevertheless less expensive.
It's not a major handicap, but the additional features of the C930e (zoom and orientation) don't seem to me to fully justify taking this more expensive model.
In short, yes to the logitech C920, to be bought at LDLC for its very nice service!

It works very well with video and the handling is simple.
The grip on the screen is very good
I didn't test the speakers because I use headphones and they work well together.
The colour is correct but you shouldn't expect to have advanced colour ranges.
I use it on Google meet and Discord with no problems.
I have not detected any problems with the settings disappearing.
For videoconferencing it is perfect, especially with the adjustable zoom.
Logitech is careful not to specify it, but the main features of this webcam do not work under win7 (no driver provided, so use windows UVC standard 1.1 drivers which do not allow H264 encoding).
Moreover, the various applications provided on the site do not work correctly (you cannot use your webcam correctly because you do not have the appropriate drivers...)

The image is perfect, as is the microphone and the best part is the delivery because I live on the other side of the world and I received the product in 10 days for half the price of my home shop.
The sound is very good, the video rendering in Skype calls or hangouts is clearly better and the installation is very simple. Not much to say that Logitech has produced another must-have!
