Very good

It's my third Plantronics earpiece with an ear loop, it's comfortable and holds well but you shouldn't make any sudden movements or run. The sound is perfect, and you can choose in the settings (to be done on a PC) if you still want to answer verbally to accept or refuse the call. The messages are in French and succinct, no endless blabla. Connected to 2 smartphones, it manages both, you don't need the headset. No need to press a button, when you put the headset down it cuts the communication. The difference with my 2 previous devices is obvious for the interlocutor.
