  I return from a trip on Friday 21 February to find that the UPS is down again. It beeps continuously, and PowerChute tells me it has detected an overload.

  After many searches on the forums, various unsuccessful attempts... I unplugged the device from the mains, removed the battery, pressed the on/off button for a long time (more than 4s)... I plugged it back into the mains, and it still beeps continuously.
