I use them in a homemade case made from an old flight case that I reduced to the exact size of my "micro atx" motherboard and these cables are the best I've ever had in my hands because I can twist them in all directions without them breaking apart.

It is a simple SATA cable, but it is very good! However 1m is really long in a pc, if you can, prefer the 50cm which is more comfortable to store in the case! I'm happy with my purchase.
