I am perfectly satisfied with the order I placed with LDLC. The product corresponds perfectly to my expectations and arrived in very good condition. However, I am less satisfied with the delivery by Chronopost, which was delayed for an unknown reason without me being properly informed and which ended up arriving a week later at another relay point, much further away from my home... LDLC had nothing to do with it, of course...
